Rain, Rain Go Away

It has been an incredibly rainy May here in New Hampshire and colder than normal. Our unhoused homeless friends have had a challenging time dealing with it as have we. We need the sun. Rain, please go away.

We handed out a lot of tarps, rain ponchos, and survival blankets in our Help With Basics Outreach and we worked a lot on our Partners Program distributing food, hygiene items and clothing. Again, In-Kind donations saved the day for us and for the people we assist.

Our greatest wish is to get a building where we can offer addiction treatment and recovery programs along with life skills and vocational training, and educational opportunities. It takes funding to do that, lots of it. We can only hope and pray that it will happen – someday.
