    Assembled at 6:00 AM this morning. Went to the downtown area around the parks. Gave out brand new winter coats, new blankets, hats, gloves, hygiene kits, and handwarmers.     We went out this morning at 6:30 AM. It was 18 degrees. Quite chilly to be sleeping outside on the ground. We met up with about a dozen homeless individuals who were hungry and cold.
