Our Focus

When we do outreach, we try not to focus on how and why people end up living on the streets or in a tent somewhere. Our mission doesn’t include challenging or judging anything. It’s about helping people in need to meet their most basic survival needs in life which include food, water, clothing, shelter, and hygiene.
We don’t try to help the unhoused to meet their higher-level needs (community acceptance, self-esteem, personal growth, etc.) until their basic needs are met and usually by that time, they’re no longer unhoused.
Do we try to give them spiritual nourishment? We try to share our Christian values with them. But their walk with Jesus is theirs to make. He is the way. If they reach out for Him, He’ll be there.
